'When the cat’s away'
As the saying goes ‘when the cat’s away the mice come out to play’
I’m sure there were plenty of us thinking this would be the case when the
Management team jetted off to Sweden for the week in February.
As one of my
colleague’s described the atmosphere and I can honestly say I’ve never heard
anything described better... ‘it feels like we are in school and the teacher has
just stepped out of the classroom’ and it really did feel like that!
However, the
productivity levels and the added excitement in the air made it a fantastic
week for the staff left behind in the office.
On the promotions team we all pulled together with one
focus beating our February figures for 2013 and banking over £45k to get us all
some Access Point stamps AND......

Caron was amazing as our mentor she was the ’go
to’ person making sure we were all on track and keeping our chins up when we
had a few technical issues.
Although we missed Claire’s singing and Dale’s
banter I can honestly say we had a blast!
